Irises are a type of popular Polish sweets, which are toffee-type candies. They have a distinctive, malleable texture and usually contain milky, caramel flavor notes. During the communist era they were one of the most loved sweets in Poland. If you haven't tried them, it's worth a try!

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder 9%, margarine (vegetable oils: partially hydrogenated palm, rapeseed, coconut), poppy seeds, glucose, emulsifier: lecithins (from soy), cocoa powder 1%, flavoring. May contain SEED, EGGES, LASKNUTS, HONEY NUTS, and almonds.
